• Complying with platform terms (Twitch, Kick, etc.)

• Any consequences resulting from your use of our services
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials

3. No Warranty & Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. StreamHax shall not be held responsible for:

• Any account suspensions, bans, or penalties on streaming platforms
• Financial losses or damages resulting from service usage
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues
• Any direct or indirect consequences of using our services

You assume all risks associated with using our services.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for:

• Dissatisfaction with service results
• Account issues on third-party platforms
• Changes in service performance
• Partial usage of subscription periods

Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled by the user before the billing cycle.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt our services
• Use our services for illegal activities or harassment
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent pricing or limitations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate service termination without refund.

• Change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers

• Terminate services for users violating these terms

• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
